Lovejoy — Live Dates & Tickets

Lovejoy are one of the fastest-rising indie rock bands in the world. Fronted by Wilbur Soot (Will Gold), with Joe Goldsmith on lead guitar, Ash Kabosu on bass, and Mark Boardman on drums, the Brighton-based four-piece has gone from lockdown formation in 2021 to selling out arenas, headlining Glastonbury, Lollapalooza, and Reading & Leeds, and racking up over 500 million streams on Spotify. Their debut album One Simple Trick, released October 3, 2025 via Revolution Records / Warner Records, showcased the band’s growth from scrappy EP act to full-fledged album artists with 11 tracks blending sharp lyrical wit, anthemic choruses, and dynamic production.

Their most recent headline run, the One Simple Tour (October–November 2025), sold out 27 North American dates including Webster Hall in New York, The Wiltern in Los Angeles, 9:30 Club in Washington DC, and House of Blues in Chicago. Lovejoy sold over 25,000 tickets in two minutes for their 2023 debut US tour, and demand has only grown since. About Lovejoy

Lovejoy formed in Brighton, England in 2021 during lockdown. Frontman Will Gold (known online as Wilbur Soot) brought together guitarist Joe Goldsmith, bassist Ash Kabosu, and drummer Mark Boardman to create a band that channels the energy of classic British indie — think Arctic Monkeys, The Smiths, and Los Campesinos! — through a modern, internet-native lens. What started as a side project fueled by Gold’s massive online following quickly became a full-blown band with its own identity, sold-out tours, and a fiercely loyal fanbase.

The band’s debut EP Are You Alright? (2021) has amassed over 500 million Spotify streams, driven by fan-favorite tracks like “One Day” and “Sex Sells.” Their second EP Pebble Brain (2021) charted at No. 12 on the UK Albums Chart based on streaming alone, and the Wake Up & It’s Over EP (2023) debuted at No. 5 on the UK Albums Chart. In 2023 the band toured Europe (the Inselaffe Tour) and made their North American debut, selling 25,000 tickets in two minutes. Festival appearances at Glastonbury, Lollapalooza, Reading & Leeds, Isle of Wight, and Shaky Knees followed. Follow the band on Instagram, X, TikTok, and at lvjyonline.com.

One Simple Trick — The Debut Album

One Simple Trick was released on October 3, 2025 via Revolution Records, Warner Records, and the band’s own Anvil Cat Records. The 11-track album includes previously released singles “With Rob As My Witness,” “Pay & Display,” and “Common Touch,” which collectively earned nearly 5 million Spotify streams before the album even dropped. In the band’s own words: “One Simple Trick took four years of overthinking; we are excited to underthink it from now on.” Reviews praised the record’s blend of swagger and substance, with Express comparing the band to “the Arctic Monkeys meet a less miserable Morrissey.”
